2. Access to Online Programs

  • Access credentials for coaching programs, courses, or memberships are provided via email upon confirmation of enrollment.
  • All program links and access materials are hosted securely, and access is non-transferable.

3. Physical Shipments (If Applicable)

  • If any product requires shipping (e.g., printed materials or merchandise), you will be informed of the delivery timeline during checkout.
  • Shipping is done through reliable third-party logistics partners with tracking details provided where applicable.

4. Shipping Charges

  • Digital products have no shipping charges.
  • If shipping is applicable for a physical product, charges will be clearly displayed during checkout.

5. Delays and Exceptions

  • While we aim for prompt delivery, delays may occur due to technical issues or external logistics delays.
  • In such cases, we will keep you informed via your registered email address.

6. Non-Delivery and Resolution

  • If you do not receive your digital product or login credentials within the expected time, please contact us immediately.
  • We will resolve any delivery-related issue within 48 working hours.
